Our consultants work with numerous individuals and current teachers, to provide, assess and design the most suitable program for each student, case by case, investing time conversing with them and parents to understand the situation and performance, to conclude a suitable plan according to their needs.

We arrange and manage students within the UK and overseas, online classes direct live from qualified teachers in the UK. Availability in various subjects to make sure you are up and running as you transition over.

As with many family plans involving children going to study overseas long term, we further provide immigration services for individual or households for moving abroad. • Education success

Helen, a bright student from Guangzhou (China), came to England to pursue further studies in 2016. She began her UK formal studies attending year 10 GCSE at Clifton College in Bristol, finishing with an outstanding ten A* and two A.

She went on to Brighton College to study Math, Further Math, Chemistry and Biology A Levels as her chosen subjects. We are supporting Helen with private tutorial in math and further math subjects to help her achieve her university entry requirements. She is projected to complete college with top grades towards summer 2020.

Our services assisted Helen while in England, previously helping her to gain entry to Brighton College, and recently prepared her higher education application and interview trainings through our previous successful applicants and current consultation team.

Helen has been given a conditional offer for Biochemistry (Molecular and Cellular) at the University of Oxford for October 2020 entry.

  • Investor immigration assistance

Our client first individually filed for an extension to his Tier 1 Investor visa in November 2017. Upon completing his 10 years of continuous lawful residence 4 weeks after submission of his Tier 1 Investor extension, our consultants assisted him with his ILR application by varying his leave and cancelled his previous application with the Home Office. His application, which was submitted using the Premium service was approved 3 weeks later.

  • Issues and problems

We assisted our Chinese client who had a single gap in her lawful residence due to submitting two applications which were both refused due to (i) an error in payment and (ii) an out of date application form. By the time she submitted her application for the third time round, it was classified as overstaying of 28days or more.

We advised our client on the documents required to support her application and attended the Home Office Premium service appointment with her on the day. The caseworker came back and forth with questions and we managed to provide sufficient evidence to support the overstaying gap. Her ILR was granted on the same day and the client was overjoyed.

  • A matter of time

He had an overall absence of more than 800 days out of the UK in the past 10 year period, in addition to overstaying for more than 28 days on one occasion. We advised on the supporting documents required and provided extensive, compelling, compassionate circumstances surrounding the death of his father and asked the Home Office to exercise discretion to grant him ILR outside the Immigration Rules. His application was approved within one week, and was submitted using the Premium service.
